Anne Morgan has been working as an Occupational Therapist since 1980, and in private practice since 1990. She is recognised as a leading provider of medico-legal assessments in South Australia and is a member of OT Australia.

Her private practice work consist of medico-legal assessments in areas of:

• dust diseases
• personal injury
• third party claims
• work-related injuries
• medical negligence
• public liability

Assessments undertaken include home and clinic based assessments of:

• Independent Living Skills (ILS)
• Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
• Combined ILS/FCE Assessments
• Work Site Visits

The practise ethos is to provide highly comprehensive and totally independent medico-legal assessments and reports, and Anne Morgan undertakes both plaintiff and defendant work.

ILS assessments typically take about 3 hours depending on complexity.
FCE assessments typically take about 3-4 hours, depending on complexity.

The practice also sub-contracts some dust diseases work to Mareeta Dolling, who undertakes the same assessment as Anne Morgan.
